Obama's Stimulus Plan

Obama wanted to be Bipartisan so he watered down his Stimulus Plan with Republican so called “Tax Cuts” that at one time had limited success, but now that we have a Global economy Corporate cut tax cuts would go to China and India or in their pockets as Bonuses. The Republicans are just interested in getting a campaign issue on the Democrats, by making sure the Stimulus Plan does not work. So why don’t the Democrats fix the Stimulus Plan by putting things in that will put people back to work and have the added bonuses of fixing things like the electrical network, roads, bridges, Mass transit and Health care with some tax breaks for small businesses that will spend the money here in the USA
